As the patient often has to remain on the trolley mattress for a long time, it is of great importance he or she is comfortable and that the amount of time does not result in additional complications.
The trolley mattress provides pressure relief and can hence reduce the risk of the patient developing pressure ulcers. Mattress is equipped with a durable surface layer that is comfortable for the patient to lie on.
The underside surface slides easily on most types of surfaces.
Foam core
The mattress is 10 cm high and consists of two layers, 5 cm highly elastic cold foam at the bottom and 5 cm soft antidecubitus flex foam at the top. Due to the composition of two different foam types, the mattress is pressure relieving and comfortable to lie on even for a long time. The flex foam at the top of the mattress is smooth and soft.
